Jury Criteria
The submitted designs are evaluated by expert and independent judges from design and related fields. Their knowledge and experience are the ultimate arbiters of the Spark Awards.

The competition is divided into two phases. Deadline August 1 (late deadline Aug. 25), Phase I requires designers to upload a description and image of their design to the SparkAwards website. Deadline September 1, Phase II entrants will be chosen by a jury with physical entries (when possible).
