Open call to all artists living beyond Ireland and the UK. Flax Art Studios offers three 2 month residencies at their studio complex in the heart of Belfast. Established in 1989, Flax is positioned in the cultural hub of the thriving Cathedral Quarter.  We accommodate international residents in the Flax house, located in a quiet street off the Antrim Road in North Belfast, a twenty minute walk from the studios.

The residency programme runs from 1st April 2009 to 31st March 2010. Successful applicants will receive a studio, accommodation and a £500.00 monthly stipend for materials and day-to-day living.
